We both enjoyed our stay and found the site to be larger than we thought but well cared for, and the people nice and friendly. It is ideal for visiting local fishing villages and the fife coast. Lots of nice walks and great for dogs.

We had a touring site which was in the meadows lovely big pitches. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The entertainment was very good especially for the children. The only thing we found not so good when the weather was fantastic it led to queing for the swimming pools not ideal when its red hot. Other than that its one of the best sites we have ever been to.

Trekenning Touring ParkNewquay3/10LongjohnSituated next to a v busy road and under the airport flight path. This is a noisy site. Many pitches not flat. A lack of site rules (quiet hours, kids in by etc) encourages noise when the clubhouse closes. Showers few and unreliable. Baths 50p. Nice swimming pool. Wont be going back.

Wear FarmTeignmouth9/10Beefy Of BeduthAs a simple and relaxing camping site, I found this place terrific! We were able to pitch our tent alongside the Estuary bank of the River Teign and light an open fire (which is virtually forbidden on other sites!). There is an easily accesible launching area for small boats, (we had a 16footer), but you do need to be aware of the tides as the depth of water changes considerably which may prevent deep hulled boats being launched or retrieved. If you have a boat, there is an excellent pub just across the estuary where you can tie up and enjoy a meal or a few pints. NOTE... you may have to walk part of the way back to the site if you overstay your visit... hic! :-) Canoes and dingy's would be excellent as there is little or no current to worry about. The estuary, Teignmouth and the wildlife is beautiful to view from the site and incredibly relaxing. Don't make MY mistake... take some GOOD 10x50 binoculars for both the daytime and evening views as the sky is dark, crisp and very clear ! There is a small on-site shop for all your necessary items, milk, bread, ice cream, papers, etc.. The site is clean and children will LOVE the freedom to play. I hope you try it and like it as much as I did :-)

Little Roadway Farm Camping ParkWoolacombe6/10CathyA campsite with plenty of space on a Friday evening! Lovely location, if a bit out of the way. The main drawback was the fact that there were only two women's showers, and the hot water seemed to have permanently run out. Would happily have paid a couple of pounds more for a hot, clean shower.

We were new campers and we will be doing it again if all camp sites are like this one! The only thing it needs is a shop as the nearest one we could find was in Alton 2 1/2 miles away there maybe one nearer? Recommended to all!
Daisy Bank Touring Caravan ParkMontgomery2/10j shawoverpriced x2 other sites in area.....toilet didn`t flush....very noisy by main road.(no option where to camp.i was a late arrival 630pm sunday)to many petty rules....more stalag than holiday camp
