Tregoad is secluded yet only 1.5 miles from the historic fishing port of Looe, beaches and the south west coast path.

Directions to site	M5/A38 route From the M5 at Exeter take the A38 to Plymouth. At Plymouth follow the signs for the Tamar Bridge, Saltash and Liskeard. Follow the A38 for approx. 10km/6miles through the villages of Landrake and Tideford to Trerulefoot roundabout. Take the first left at the roundabout onto the A374 signposted to the historic towns of Looe and Polperro. Follow this road for about 2km/1 mile and then take the first right signposted to Hessenford and Looe onto the A387. Continue through Hessenford and past Widegates. At Widegates the road bears to the left and changes to the B3253. From Widegates continue for approx. 2km/1 mile through Nomansland and the entrance to Tregoad is on the left.
